Our Magnesium tablets use Magnesium Aspartate Dihydrate which is more easily absorbed and bioavailable than other forms of Magnesium.

Magnesium Aspartate Dihydrate 500 mg (equivalent to elemental Magnesium 45 mg).

Adults and children over 12 years: Take 1-3 tablets up to 2 times a day with meals or as directed by your healthcare professional. Children 6-12 years: Take 1-3 tablets daily with meals or as directed by your healthcare professional.
