  Directions:

  Recommended dose for adults is 10g once daily. Recommended dose for children is 5g, half that of the adult dose. Do not administer to children under the age of 2 years

Figs and dates provide a good dose of natural fibre known for its benefits in case of a sluggish digestive system or inadequate fibre intake from a diet. When taking laxatives, please drink adequate amount of water and increase fibre in diet. If symptoms persist, seek medical advice.
