Herbs of Gold Magnesium Forte provides 220mg of elemental magnesium per tablet from four organic forms of magnesium: magnesium amino acid chelate, magnesium citrate, magnesium glycinate and magnesium orotate.

The formula provides high-strength magnesium in well-absorbed organic forms to support normal muscle function, nervous system health and energy production.

Magnesium also supports healthy bones and contributes to normal mineral and energy metabolism.

With a convenient once- or twice-daily dosage, Magnesium Forte provides a practical daily source of magnesium.
