New Zealand Colostrum Powder (20% IgG)

*Free from preservatives, artificial sweeteners or artificial colours.

Adults: take 1 teaspoon 1 to 2 times daily

Children: Take half a teaspoonful 1 to 2 times daily or as professionally advised.
Mix in with half a glass of milk or water, preferably on an empty stomach or as professionally advised. Refrain from eating or taking other supplements for 20 minutes after taking Colostrum.

Colostrum is a very low allergy ingredient and unlikely to cause any sort of reaction to those who are dairy and lactose intolerant – however if you are allergic to dairy products then do not take it.
