For general health and wellbeing: Take 3 capsules once a day, or as prescribed by a health professional. Take with food.
For skin and as an anti-inflammatory: Take 7 capsules per day or as prescribed by a health professional. Take with food.

For healthy growth and development: Pierce and squeeze 2 capsules once a day into milk, juice or cereal and consume immediately, or as prescribed by a health professional.
