1. Wet your hair thoroughly with warm water.

2. Apply a small amount of shampoo to your scalp and hair.

3. Gently massage the shampoo into your scalp, working it through to the ends of your hair.

4. Rinse thoroughly with warm water until all shampoo is removed.

5. Repeat if necessary for optimal results.
