1. After shampooing, apply a generous amount of conditioner to wet hair.

2. Gently massage the conditioner into your hair, focusing on the ends.

3. Leave the conditioner in your hair for 2-3 minutes to allow it to penetrate and hydrate.

4. Rinse thoroughly with warm water until all the conditioner is removed.

5. For best results, use regularly as part of your hair care routine.
