Ultra Nature Iron Advanced contains Spirulina and Spinach both natural sources of iron which also enhance Iron absorption especially when combined with vitamin C.

It also contains more readily absorbed and activated forms of vitamins and minerals such as Iron (II) Glycinate which is gentle on the digestive system and less constipating, the activated Folinic Acid (B9) & Hydroxocobalamin (Vitamin B12) to maintain haemoglobin formation and assist healthy red blood cell production.

Iron & vitamins B6, B9 & B12 also support the transport of oxygen to body tissues.
