Ultra Nature Essentials Magnesium uses Magnesium aspartate which is important for many processes in the body, including regulating muscle and nerve function, blood sugar levels, and making protein, bone and DNA.

Our Magnesium tablets use Magnesium Aspartate Dihydrate which is more easily absorbed and bioavailable than other forms of Magnesium.

Ultra Nature Magnesium 500mg provides 500mg of Magnesium Aspartate Dihydrate per tablet, equivalent to 45mg of elemental Magnesium.

The formula provides a convenient source of magnesium for everyday nutritional support.

Available in 250 coated tablets.

Magnesium Aspartate Dihydrate 500 mg (equivalent to elemental Magnesium 45 mg).

Adults and children over 12 years: Take 1-3 tablets up to 2 times a day with meals or as directed by your healthcare professional. Children 6-12 years: Take 1-3 tablets daily with meals or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Store below 25°C and away from direct heat and sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if tamper evident seals are broken or are missing.
