Each tablet provides 52.5mg of Magnesium from magnesium citrate, together with traditional herbal extracts.

The formula is designed to complement an evening relaxation and sleep routine.

Valerian-free and suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Available in 60 film-coated tablets.

Each film coated tablet contains:
Hops (Humulus lupulus extract 50 mg) equiv. dry fruit 500 mg
Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata extract 150 mg) equiv. dry flower and leaf 1.5 g
Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis extract 33.33 mg) equiv. dry leaf 750 mg
Magnesium (from magnesium citrate) 52.50 mg

Adult Dosage:
Two tablets daily, one hour before bed, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
