Herbs of Gold Activated B Complex 60 Capsules

Herbs of Gold Activated B Complex is a high-potency formula containing activated forms of selected B vitamins, including vitamin B2, vitamin B6, methylfolate and methylcobalamin (vitamin B12).

Each capsule provides 22.3mg of vitamin B1, 18.3mg of vitamin B2, 25mg of vitamin B3, 22.9mg of vitamin B5, 15.95mg of vitamin B6, 400 micrograms of active folate (5-MTHF) and 400 micrograms of methylcobalamin (vitamin B12).

B vitamins support normal energy production and nervous system function and contribute to general nutritional wellbeing.

The formula uses Quatrefolic® methylfolate and methylcobalamin, the active form of vitamin B12.

The formula does not contain egg, milk, peanut, soy, tree nuts, animal products, gluten, lactose or artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.

Available in 60 capsules.

Adults and children over 12 years – Take 1 capsule daily, with food, or as directed by your health professional.
