Adults: Take 1.5 g (approx. 1/4 tsp) once daily on an empty stomach, preferably in the morning or between meals, or as directed by your health professional.

To support muscle health after exercise: Take 5 g (approx. 1 tsp) once daily, or as directed by your health professional.

Can be mixed with beverages or food. Consume immediately after mixing.
